Lakewood Water District (District or Owner) proposes to drill, construct, and test a 16-inch diameter production well to an estimated depth of 1200 feet at its Oakbrook Wellfield in Lakewood, Washington (Figure 1). Drilling will use reverse circulation mud rotary drilling methods. This technical specification describes the design, drilling, installation, and testing of the new well, herein referred to as Well O-2R. This well is being installed to replace the existing Well O-2 drilled in 1966. It may also replace Well 0-3 drilled in 1983 depending on the actual production capacity of the new' well.
