The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center (UNMHSC) is initiating the design and construction of a new School of Medicine (SOM) facility on UNM's North Campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This project, estimated at approximately 330,000 GSF, is a central component of UNM's strategy to expand the state's healthcare workforce capacity and address New Mexico's provider shortage. The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified Project Management Consultant (PMC) to support UNM Health Sciences Center Capital Projects in the successful delivery of the School of Medicine Expansion Project. The PMC will work in close coordination with the UNM HSC Capital Projects team, acting as an extension of internal staff to provide independent oversight and guidance throughout all phases of the project.
