The City of Albuquerque is seeking bids for regular and industrial kitchen appliance repair and maintenance services for the City's commercial kitchens. Questions regarding this RFB should be directed to the following Purchasing representative unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. Phone: (505) 768-3329 or E-Mail: Cgomez@cabq.gov The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for Standard and Commercial Kitchen Appliance maintenance and repair in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein. The City intends to establish a Service Agreement ("Contract") for the Department of Senior Affairs. The City reserves the right to award multiple agreements under this procurement if it is deemed in the best interest of the City. The term of the Contract shall be for Six (6) years from date of. The term of the Contract shall not exceed a total Contract term of Six (6) years.
