Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fallowfield Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of placement of new Hot-Mix Asphalt wearing course (overlayment) on various roads in Fallowfield Township. A certified check payable to Fallowfield Township or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the Owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid, to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders may not qualify any of the specifications. Immediately after the closing time for receipt of bids, all bids will be publicly opened with results displayed at online. Question Deadline 04/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal Work under the aforementioned Contract is subject to the requirements of the ''Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act'' (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 165) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
