As per Bid Tabulation, project will be awarded on June 12, 2025. The furnishing of all Labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction. This project consists of: Furnish and Install Resilient Flooring (Vinyl Composite Tile - VCT and Luxury Vinyl Tile - LVT), Broadloom Carpet, Walk-off Mats, Resilient Base and Accessories at various Clark County School District Schools. The Projects will include new schools, additions, and modernization projects. Bidders will submit a price for each item. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C-16 and /or C16A The Owner's representative is Celeste Harrison, Project Manager, and may be reached at 702-799-8710; 5304. Late arrivals may not be eligible to bid as a Prime Contractor. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
