Renovation of an educational facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Harper Creek Community Schools is seeking bids for the removal and replacement ofour weight room flooring at our High School Facility. This project will entail the following: • Removal of current flooring. 2,280 Sq. Ft. • Prep existing floor for new flooring 4,554 Sq. Ft. • Install a section ofturfin the room 912.5 Sq. Ft. • Installation of new flooring to include weight landing areas with logo’s under proposed equipment. 3,615.5 Sq. Ft. The specifications for the weight room flooring will be attached. The Minimum thickness ofthe flooring is to be 10mm. Color to be determined at bid date. A color chart is to be provided with the bid documents. There will be a total of eight (8) lifting platform areas that will be contrasting color, these areas will be 4’x8’ with at 2’x 2’ logo in the center, there will be a 1 ’ drop zone contrasting color to the floor and the logo background. “Picture attached to documents” The specifications for the turfarea will also be attached. Color is to be determined during the bid process. The current timeframe for work to begin is approximately May 26th, 2025.
