This initiative involves renovating two existing fire stations, renovating and adding to one station, and constructing three new stations. Station 1: The renovation will include new office space and building stabilization measures, such as new mechanical systems and a new roof. There will be no exterior improvements or additions, apart from the new roof. Station 2: The current Station 2 will be decommissioned and replaced with a new building to the north of the existing site. Station 3: Similar to Station 2, the current Station 3 will be decommissioned, with a new building constructed on a vacant lot to the east. Station 4: The existing hose tower will be removed, and two new washer and dryers will be installed. The station will also receive new door hardware throughout, with no other changes proposed. Station 5: The existing station will be demolished and rebuilt in its place. The existing street light will remain, and new parking will be provided. Station 6: The station will undergo renovations to its interior and will have two additions, one to the north and one to the south.
