Site work and paving for a civil project in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project for LSCE's Katarokwi Learning Centre will improve drainage and accessibility around the rear of the existing building. The work includes excavation, grading, paving, concrete work, fencing, and installation of new railings on existing steps. The project also includes the installation of a 15' dia. Greenhouse Dome, supplied by the owner. Question Deadline: Wed Apr 23, 2025 4:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 2 Site Walkthrough Event Failure to meet any of the above will result in automatic disqualification from the tender process. Respondents shall attend the site meeting at their own risk and hold the Board harmless for any issues or damages arising out of their attendance of the site meeting. The Board will not consider any claims for additional payments during the execution of the Work for extra work or difficulties encountered resulting from conditions which were either visible or could be reasonably inferred from an examination of the Place of the Work and the available project information prior to the submission of Proposals.
