This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-81 Niagara Irrigation Initiative Project: Upgrading and Enhancing Irrigation Infrastructure in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Agriculture and tourism are two of the most important industries in the Town of NOTL. The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake has recently completed its first Irrigation System Strategy and Master Plan ("Master Plan"). The Master Plan was completed in 2021 and aims on improving customer levels of service, long-term growth and sustainability, and state-of-good-repair of the Town's irrigation system. The next step in implementing the Master Plan is to update and consolidate the Town's three (3) irrigation system's engineering reports and the complete detailed design work which is the focus of this assignment ("Assignment"). Question Deadline: Fri Apr 25, 2025 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 24 Site Walkthrough Event Key Town Staff will be in attendance. Full PPE (i.e. hard hat, vest, and work boots is required).
