Renovation of an educational facility in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a post-secondary education facility.
Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology (the "College") seeks experienced and qualified bidders to submit bids for the Plumbing Systems Project to be completed at the Niagara Corporate Business Centre (NCBC) Building, 101 Lampman Crt., Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0 The scope of work includes the following: 1. Plumbing repairs and replacements to the 3rd floor Men's washroom drainage piping including architectural finishes and washroom fixture replacement 2. Installation of a backflow preventor on the main water service 3. Adjustment of the pipe hangers for the basement sump pump discharge line 4. Installation of a back-up sump pump and associated piping 5. Relocation of the drainage piping in the basement for the Women's washroom 6. Abatement of all hazardous materials encountered as part of this project as detailed in the specifications.
