Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bangor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order. There will not be a pre-bid meeting. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the District's best interests. Project Description: the installation of AV systems at Bangor High School. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Electrical work consisting of rework to existing divided raceway with 120V power, installation of new divided raceway including 120V power, and replacement of existing lights in one classroom. 2. The installation of new, and upgrade of existing, AV systems throughout the High School / Middle School. 3. Patching/painting resulting from the demolition of existing items will be handled by the owner. It is not part of the scope of this project.
