Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madison, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes milling, resurfacing, patching and base repair of asphalt and concrete streets, replacement of non-ADA compliant curb ramps and sidewalk, replacement of curb, pavement markings, road reconstruction and all other necessary items to result in a complete project A certified check or a bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the proposal, payable to the City of Madison. performance, maintenance and payment bond to extend for a period of one year after final acceptance, in an amount equal to the bid price the prime contractor to whom the work is awarded must be prequalified with INDOT. The Board of Public Works of the City of Madison, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding.
