Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Madison, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project includes the following Work: Demolition: - approximately 770 SY of existing heavy duty concrete pavement (undetermined thickness) with trench drain. - approximately 1,010 SY of existing asphalt pavement (undetermined thickness) - approximately 165 SY of existing crushed stone pavement - 8 steel columns and foundations - 5 steel beams - temporary structural shoring - approximately 695 LF of existing chain link fence Installation/Construction: - approximately 760 SY of 8 heavy duty concrete pavement with ~100' heavy duty trench drain and drain pipe - approximately 1,145 SY of heavy-duty asphalt pavement - Replacement of 8 steel columns (W6X20, W8X28, & W16X36) and concrete foundations - Replacement of 5 steel beams (W10X39 & W6X25) - approximately 925 LF of black vinyl chain link fence w/ privacy slats Bid Alternates - ~20'x50' pre-engineered steel shelter with concrete foundations (actual building size to be determined by owner) - 5' tall concrete wall ~28' long built on top of an existing concrete retaining wall - Existing Building Sheet Metal Roof and Siding Replacement Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous items necessary for construction of a complete project. The bids shall be Unit Price for all work called for in the specifications with unit prices for extras as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders in the specifications and submitted in duplicate Bids are requested for the following Contract: Madison Transfer Station Rehabilitation Project.
