Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Montgomery, Alabama. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project aims to build out a shell space of approximately 2400 SF at the lower level of the Central Dining Commons and develop the Legacy Market. The dining hall is planned to include three concept locations, and a shared back of house kitchen. The front of house is intended to provide convenient pick up and take out dining, and also be flexible to allow concepts to rotate frequently to best serve campus. The location will allow service for customers to pick up orders, and have fresh food available to carry into the Legacy Plaza space to holistically activate the whole space. It is anticipated that the project schedule will be a delivery of the project for the Fall 2026 semester. Services from the Architect-of-Record(s) include: _ Review of existing site and environmental conditions. _ Creating an all-inclusive design team that will execute the design, bidding, and construction ad ministration for the entire project. _ Coordination with the university's operator, Aramark, and planned dining concept dining brand, Everybody Eats. _ Obtain surveys (if applicable), and geotechnical reports (if applicable), and manage the Fixtures, Furnishings, and Equipment package in its entirety. _ Preliminary program verification.
