Q/A Cutoff Date 05/08/2025 Q/A Cutoff Time 03:00 PM CDT Estimated Initial Contract Period: Start Date 05/30/2025 End Date 05/29/2026 SCOPE OF SERVICE: The Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA) seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide the following detailed services on a task order basis: The following is an outline describing the Scope of Services anticipated to be required of the Contractor under the terms and conditions of the Contract. The types of services are intended as examples and are not necessarily inclusive of all of the type of services the Contractor may be required to perform during the life of the Contract. If unable to perform any of the listed services the Bidder is expected to identify such services in its Bid. o Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical devices and equipment; o Troubleshoot, install and/or replace lighting, wiring, heat-trace, switches and/or outlets per the National Electric Code (NEC); o Troubleshoot, replace, assemble and/or install various control panels, emergency generator switch gear and provide technical advice to the MHA regarding various facility electrical systems; o Troubleshoot, provide, replace and/or install control and logical equipment such as limit switches, counters, timers and relays; o Troubleshoot, install, replace and repair circuit breakers and motor controller systems for systems up to and including 3- phase 480V; o Installation of wiring and connection to all mechanical, (plumbing and HVAC) as required; o Repair/replace parking lot pole(s) and pathway lighting as designated by MHA; o Complete troubleshooting and repairing existing electrical systems from the utility electric meter to the source of the problem.
