The Work generally consists of: Extend sprinkler coverage from existing Terminal fire protection system to areas of the 1st Floor A & C Concourses. Sprinkler systems required include wet, dry, pre-action and antifreeze. Remove and re-install existing ceilings as required to route new sprinkler piping and install heads. Provide fire alarm as required to support the extended sprinkler system. Work on the improvements shall be commenced any time after a written Notice to Proceed is issued and shall be completed as stated below. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after the Board Meeting, which is expected to occur in May 2025. Document Acqusition Note: Documents are available at a cost of $25, which is refundable, provided the following conditions are met: (1) The Contract Documents are returned complete and in a reusable condition, and (2) they are returned within fourteen (14) calendar days after the award of the project. This project shall be fully completed no later than November 7, 2025.
