General Nature of Public Improvement Field Maintenance Complex Access Improvements Contract No. 2025-11-20 The Work generally consists of: 1. Pavement Removal 2. Site Grading 3. AOA Security Chain Link Fence 4. Tilt-A-Way Gate with corresponding access control 5. Site Electrical and Communication 6. Subgrade and Granular Subbase Preparation 7. PCC Pavement 8. Granular Surface Roadway 9. Construction Survey 10. Traffic Control The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost for the Work is between $600,000 and $665,000.
