Site work and paving for a road / highway in Theresa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2025 road paving projects: 1. Allen Rd. from County Road P east to State Road 175 (app. 1.3 miles) o Pulverize, Fine Grade, Water and Compact 3" Asphalt Surface to be constructed in 2 lifts with options for both 20' and 24' wide for both to include 2' shoulder o Overlay Asphalt Surface 2'' and 3'' options for both 20' and 24' wide 2. Lone Rd. from West Bend Rd. south toward Allen Rd. (not to exceed 1 mile) o Pulverize, Fine Grade, Water and Compact 3" Asphalt Surface to be constructed in 2 lifts, 20' wide 3. Gill Rd. from County Road Y east to County Road AY (app. 1.4 miles) o Chip seal with black granite chip 20' wide 4. Raccoon Rd. from County Road AY east to Ferris Rd. (app. 2 miles) o Chip seal with black granite chip 20' wide Further inquiry and information is available through Jacob Weiss- Highway Superintendent at 920-296-1212. Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control, and proof of insurance.
