The project includes demolition, disposal, and excavation; diversion, drainage, and dewatering; installation of an aluminum box culvert (14'- 1" x 6'-2" x 31.5 LF); aluminum headwalls and wingwalls; placement of 200 tons of 12-inch base aggregate dense 3/4"; installation of 140 tons of 5-inch hot mix asphalt pavement; installation of beam guards and end treatment; placement of 250 square yards of erosion mat with seeding; installation of 170 linear feet of silt fence; 30 square yards of rip rap and fabric; miscellaneous construction erosion control; and traffic control and detour. All proposals must be submitted on bidding forms included in the Project Manual furnished by Kunkel Engineering Group, LLC, and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual.
