Reference Number 0000289892 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/07 01:00:00 AM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2025/05/06 01:00:00 AM EDT Pricing Lump sum Flin Flon Airport requires renovations to two public washrooms in the terminal building. Each washroom is approximately 8'x13'. Renovations shall take place individually to allow use of one washroom during business hours. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Demolition, removal and disposal of floor and baseboard tiles, toilets, urinal, countertops, stall dividers and doors etc. 2) Drywall repair and painting of all wall surfaces 3) Acquisition and installation of the following (commercial grade when available): a) 4 self closing faucets b) 5 pressure assisted toilets (largest water volume possible) c) 5 stall dividers and latching doors d) 12 48" single light diffusers e) 210 sqft total floor tile with grout and sealant f) 10 sqft total backsplash tile with grout and sealant g) 1 60"x32" mirror and brackets h) Two 5'x2' countertops i) 84 linear feet of impermeable baseboard (tile, vinyl or rubber) 4) Remove and reinstall/reuse: a) 2 electric hand dryers b) 4 soap dispensers c) 7 paper dispensers d) 4 stainless steel sinks e) 60"x32" mirror All existing plumbing to be reused when possible or replaced when necessary.
