* No bid amount to be released for publication. To supply materials, equipment, and labour necessary to complete the construction of Walking Trails along PTH No. 9 and the Intersections crossings of PTH 9 and PTH 44, PTH 9 and PR 410, and PTH 9 and PTH 27 for the R.M. of St. Andrews. The intent of this tender call is to obtain an offer to perform work for the RM of St. Andrews, to supply materials, equipment, and labour necessary to complete the construction of Walking Trails along PTH No. 9 and the Intersections crossings of PTH 9 and PTH 44, PTH 9 and PR 410, and PTH 9 and PTH 27 using the Standard Construction Specifications of Manitoba Infrastructure. Work is to commence after June 1, 2025 and is to be completed on August 31, 2025. The accepted bidder shall provide a 50 % performance bond for the faithful performance of the work. The bond shall be maintained in force for a period of 1 full month after the issue of the final certificate. All bonding costs are to be included in the stipulated price. The Tenderer understands that the RM reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and not necessarily accept the lowest tender, if it does not meet all specifications.
