Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc5530129444. Canada has a requirement for repairs to two barges at St. Andrew’s Lock and Dam (SALD) in Lockport, Manitoba. The intent is to extend the working life of the barges for another three to five years. The two barges in this contract are unpowered and manoeuvred with push tugs. Both are fitted with Hiab hydraulic cranes with grapples on the booms. Work must commence upon contract signing and be completed by March 1, 2027. The solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers, limited to suppliers in the area of origin of the vessel (Canada), in accordance with the PWGSC Supply Manual Article 3.170.10(a). This procurement is subject to CFTA and is exempt from CETA Chapter 19 Annex 19-7(1.a), and from the WTO-AGP. Documents are available at https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard
