The winning contractor is responsible for replacing components and ductwork to the vehicle exhaust system to ensure that the system operates effectively to extract 100% of all vehicle exhaust fumes from the facility engine bays. The Estimated Magnitude of This Construction Project is Between $100,000 and $250,000. Applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Rate for Dona Ana County is 6.4975% as of the Date of Solicitation the Awardee of This Contract Will Be Required to Provide a Superintendent at All Times Work is Being Performed on the Project (See Clause at Far 52.236-6). The Superintendent is Considered a Key Position. This Position Shall Not Be Subcontracted and Must Work Directly for the Prime Contractor.
