Preventive maintenance support for Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) is required, including all services necessary to ensure proper operation, reliability, and readiness of UPS equipment. The effort involves providing qualified personnel, labor, tools, test equipment, and technical capabilities to inspect, service, maintain, and support the UPS units in accordance with manufacturer standards and applicable maintenance requirements. Activities may include scheduled inspections, testing, performance verification, component checks, cleaning, calibration, reporting, and identifying any issues affecting system functionality. All work must support reliable operation of electrical backup systems essential to mission requirements. This effort is planned as a firm-fixed-price contract and is being evaluated for potential small business participation across all socioeconomic categories.
