This project consists of selective demolition and renovation of one group of existing gendered bathrooms (approx.. 442 sf) and two existing shower / locker rooms (approx.. 345 sf). The goal of the project is to improve upon accessibility and provide single user shower facilities. Building circulation and the surrounding building elements are existing and outside the scope of the work. Any resulting modification of existing MEP systems required to accommodate, or resulting from, renovations is design-build.
