Remodeling of an educational facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Project Overview: This project includes the removal of the existing gym floor, preparation of the subfloor, and installation of a new high-performance athletic flooring system in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Higher Ground Academy is seeking qualified contractors to remove the existing vinyl gymnasium flooring and install a new high-performance wood flooring system. The total area to be replaced is approximately 9,240 square feet. The goal is to enhance safety, performance, and aesthetics for athletic and multipurpose use Location-1471 Brewster Street, Saint Paul, MN 55108 The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to: o Removal and proper disposal of the existing vinyl flooring o Preparation of subfloor, including leveling and moisture barrier installation if required o Supply and installation of new maple hardwood athletic flooring system, including underlayment o Application of finish and game line striping (as specified) o Installation of base cove molding around perimeter o Final cleaning and inspection o Provide maintenance guidelines and training for school facilities staff Higher Ground Academy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities in any proposal received.
