Description Invitation to submit Proposals for Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspection Services Scope of Work: The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) Dade City, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced, firms to provide inspections for the federal Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Housing Choice Voucher Program. Proposed Schedule: April 23, 2025 Question deadline, all questions should be directed to procurement@pascocountyhousing.org. All questions will be responded to with an addendum to this solicitation. Responses will be held in confidence and not released to public review until after final award is made. No responses will be accepted after 2:00 P.M. EST. PCHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS IF SUCH ACTION IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL INFORMALITIES AND MINOR IRREGULARITIES. THE PCHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SOLICITATION FOR ANY REASON IT DEEMS IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF PCHA. The Method of contractor to be determined at this time.
