The project is over budget and has not been awarded. Description: Per the construction documents, provide HVAC upgrades at 725. E. Portage Avenue. Complete the Work per the schedule in the Summary of Work. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance bonds upon Notice of Award in order to secure the Work. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids and to make such award as it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Owner.
