Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work consists of but is not limited to 1. Pavement removal, and grading each zone to specified elevations. 2. Milling and overlaying existing parking lots with 2 of asphalt (if necessary) 3. Placing Concrete paving as shown on the plans 4. Removing and replacing faulty subgrade where necessary. 5. Removing and replacing concrete curb and gutters. 6. Removing and replacing sidewalk panels. 7. Removing and Replacing ADA Ramps. 8. Restriping each lot based on the existing condition prior to construction or as shown on the plans. a. Match existing color and with of striping. 9. Installation of pavement, storm sewer, and landscaping as shown on the plans. 10. Site lighting as shown on the plans. 11. Irrigation as described on the plans. Question Deadline: April 23, 2025, 4:00 PM CST BID NO. 1531736766 UNMC 2025 Parking Lot Maintenance-P-25157 The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for UNMC Parking Lot Maintenance as outlined in the Project Specifications Summary of Work. Successful Bidder shall furnish University of Nebraska Owners Protective Bond in amount of 100% of Contract amount.
