This project is for exterior weatherization improvements at Entz Elementary School. Please note this project is contingent on funding approval from School Facilities Board. Question Submission Deadline: May 1, 2025, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline: May 6, 2025, 2:00pm online question deadline Construction Estimated at $807,000. This project will be completed within 90 days from the time of construction start date The initial term of the Contract shall be one (1) calendar year from the effective date of Contract Award. This project will require the contractor to have a B-1 General Contractors License to perform work at this location. Contractor shall be liable for and shall pay District the sum of $1,000 per day as liquidated damages, A surety bond, provided from a surety company licensed by the State of Arizona, payable to MESA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #4 for ten percent (10%) of the amount If the submitting vendor is providing a certified or cashiers check this must be submitted and received by the buyer prior to the bid opening.
