Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Pawtucket desires to seek sealed bids on behalf of the Pawtucket Water Supply Board (PWSB) for bituminous and concrete patching of sidewalks and roads in the Cities of Pawtucket and Central Falls and the Town of Cumberland, Rhode Island. Roadways and sidewalks will be excavated by PWSB personnel in the course of work related to installation, repair, maintenance, etc. of the PWSB water lines, hydrants, valves, services, and other appurtenances. Such excavations will be backfilled by the PWSB. The needed repairs to the pavement will be the responsibility of the contractor under these specifications. Bidder is required to provide a bid surety in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Pawtucket in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
