Bids must be on the official Bid Form which can be obtained from the Engineer, at the offices of ARH Associates, Inc., 97 Apple Street, Suite 1, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724 and accompanied by a Consent of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, other documents required pursuant to the specifications, and a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. The Engineer will furnish the Bidder with a copy of the specifications upon receipt of payment (for the cost of the specification preparation). Bidders are required to comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations including P.L. 1975, C.127 (Affirmative Action) P.L. 1999, C.238 (Public Works Contractor Registration) and P.L. 1963, C. 150 (Prevailing Wages). Bidders are required to comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31., NJAC17:27(Affirmative Action), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USC 12101, et seq.). The Contract shall be awarded, or all bids rejected, within sixty days from the receipt of bids within such extensions of time as permitted by law. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality of any bid.
