Building a new storage garage that will be shared between the existing CABHH and MSHS facilities, as well as the potential transitional facility in the future. It will house equipment such as a truck, plow, a trailer, lawn mowers, and a skid steer with attachments. The building will have 2 overhead garage doors, windows, and a personnel door. The building will also include electricity, a floor trench drain, water line connection. The aesthetic of the building will match the existing CABHH facility. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least 5 years of experience with similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value $400,000 or greater. This Project has a 5% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal.
