Gwinn Teen Clinic Repairs and Maintenance The Marquette County Health Department (MCHD) seeks proposals from Qualified Contractors to do repairs and upgrades at the Gwinn Teen Clinic (GTC) located in the Gwinn High School at 50 West M-35, Gwinn, MI 49841. This clinic is managed and staffed by MCHD. PROJECT OBJECTIVES: Perform the maintenance and repairs on the various exam rooms and work areas located in the clinic as described below. A walk-through is scheduled for Monday, April 21, 2025. REQUIREMENTS: Bathroom: Install 1 new vanity and countertop with backsplash. Install new faucet and sink. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall. Lab: Remove and install new countertop and backsplash. Remove and replace 1 existing sink and faucet. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall. Vaccine Room: Remove and install 1 new countertop and backsplash. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall. Exam Room: Remove and install 1 new countertop and backsplash. Remove and install new sink and faucet. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall. Main Office "A": Install one new electrical outlet above the desktop. Breakroom: Remove and install new 1 countertop and backsplash. Remove and install new sink and faucet. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall. Social Work Office: Remove and install 1 new countertop and backsplash. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall Reception: Remove and install 1 new countertop and backsplash. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall. Nurses Office: Repair/laminate side panel of the desk. Install missing vinyl cove base. Patch and repair miscellaneous drywall. Additional information: Material for countertops and backsplash recently replaced in other parts of the clinic were purchased locally at Menards in Marquette. In order to assist proponents in their bid effort, we are providing the Menards SKU numbers for that material. Alternates are acceptable only if material is not available. - Countertop SKU #4002300 - Laminate W/out Backsplash SKU #4864569 - Loose Backsplash Std. Laminate SKU #4862600 Construction completion deadline: Project needs to be completed by August 1, 2025. Proposal should indicate expected compliance with this deadline.
