12 miles of Road Maintenance including delivery and gating of up to 2030 tons of 3" crusher run material on San Bois WMA The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation is inviting written bids for all Project Management, Superintendence, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and appurtenances described by this solicitation. Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 4:30 PM ET For questions during the bid process please direct your questions in writing to the following CPO. No questions will be taken by phone, all questions must be in writing only: Audrey.mimbs@owdc.ok.gov. Delivery and gating of up to 2030 tons of material. 1 1/2 " and 3" material will be used as needed and where directed, not to exceed 2030 tons. All material will be placed in the quantity and size as directed and will be spread or gated as directed by ODWC representative. Project must be completed within 90 days of contract award or as agreed upon by awarded vendor and area Biologist. All work will be done as directed by the ODWC Area Biologist or ODWC Area Wildlife Technician. Work cannot be started until the notice to proceed is awarded. Job must be completed before June 30, 2025. Insurance: The successful bidder will be required to provide certificates of insurance for general liability, vehicles and workers compensation along with the bonds listed in the project manual general conditions immediately upon notification that they are the successful bidder. A contract will not be issued without the required proof of insurance. ODWC reserves the right to make any inquiries to ensure that the lowest bidder can complete the work in a satisfactory manner.
