Test and Inspect Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System. The term shall be for twelve (12) months period from July 2025 to June 2026. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, programming tools, lubricants, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the complete test & inspection of fire alarm & sprinkler system at Hilo Harbor, Pier 1 Shed. Hawaii District recommends Contractor to do a site inspection prior to placing bid; A site visit is not mandatory. Bids shall be submitted in HIePRO. Test & inspect service bid price must include all costs for labor, materials, delivery, freight, surcharges, and all applicable taxes (including the current Hawaii General Excise Tax) and any other expenses such as travel, mileage, and lodging incurred.
