Schedule of work including: Installation of Owner furnished ultrafiltration water treatment skid, two (2) pump skids and equipment, steel clearwell modifications, pumps, piping, valves, polypropylene tanks, stream diversion bypass intake structure and piping, building heating and ventilation, electrical, concrete building repairs, replacement windows and doors, and building insulation. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Cucharas Sanitation and Water District (Owner) negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with the Bid. This project utilizes funding from the Colorado State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program. Bidder's attention is called to the SRF requirements in the bid package. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders shall note that funding for this project is being made available through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF). The requirements associated with this funding source include, but are not limited to, provisions for Davis-Bacon wages that set forth the minimum salaries and wages within the contract documents that must be paid on the project.
