Reference Number 0000383685 Colorado Mountain College is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to perform structural stabilization and immediate repairs on historic structures located at Hayden Ranch, south of Leadville. The Ranch is located about 10 miles south of Leadville on Hwy 24. After you cross over the Arkansas River, it is down about four miles on the right hand side, just past the Moose Haven Apartments. 5801 Hwy 24 Leadville, CO 80461 Please submit a schedule showing what work can begin June 1, 2025 and ideally be completed by June 30, 2027, as weather will allow. If CMC receives a grant, that could impact the completion timeline.
