Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" Cancellation Description This Solicitation has been canceled due to the Government not receiving proposals meeting the solicitation nor the mission requirements. The Crystal Lakes Work Center is located in the Pike-San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands in the Leadville Ranger District. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, transportation and all other required taks to install a new waterline in order to provide the Work Center with potable and drinking water from a second source with higher quality water all in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings, and aplicable specifications. See attached documents for full project description and requirements. NOTE: A Site Visit will be held on July 10th, 2025. Refer to Page 3 of the Solicitation for details and requirements. Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands Leadville Ranger District POC: JANICE KING, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, janice.king@usda.gov and LUCAS DAHLMAN, Contracting Officer, at lucas.dahlman@usda.gov NAICS CODE: 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction SIZE STANDARD: $45M DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: $100,000 $250,000 The purpose of this contract is to install a 2-inch HDPE waterline to transmit clean, drinking water from the water treatment system located in the basement of Dwelling 1 (Brown House) to the distribution system located on the East side of the Colorado Highway 24. The work generally consists of the following: Perform all requirements (including producing a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE)) to attair a permit from the Colorado Department of Transportation to bore a 2-inch HDPE (SDR-11) waterline under Colorado HWY 24. See the SOW, Specs, and Drawings for additional information. Questions are due by July 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
