Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,250-square-foot fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
McCurtain County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Sherwood VFD is currently accepting sealed bids for improvements to the Fire Department building. Specifications to include: 1250 sq ft. of additional building 50'x 25'x 14' Demolition of approx. 500 sq ft of concrete & 1300 sq ft of asphalt, remove and legally disposed of, excavation for foundation and concrete approach, addition will be 25' x 50' to the East and wall with 10' x 50' concrete approach, remove and replace steel bollards addition is to match existing size, materials, colors, trims, etc. move existing overhead doors to new end wall and supply power for operators add five bay lights and 5 receptacles to addition provide rigid, clear span frame to replace existing end wall frame and remove columns provide RIO insulation to match existing building The Board of County Commissioners of McCurtain County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bids to make award for the best interest of McCurtain County
