Electronic sets can be obtained for $75.00 via QuestCDN, with a link available under Bid Documents at wdbengineering.net. Hard copy sets are available for $150.00 and require 24-hour notice for pickup; they may be mailed if a FedEx or UPS account number is provided. No refunds will be issued. Prime bidders must be on the QuestCDN Plan Holder List for their proposals to be considered. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder's name, address, and the project name. Bids will not be accepted more than 72 hours before the scheduled opening. If sent by mail, the sealed bid envelope must be placed within another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
