Completed plans call for the addition of a 22,000-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; for paving for a fire / police facility; and for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
Bradbury Stamm Construction has been retained as the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Waite Park project, Waite Park Public Safety Campus. The project will be issued under two Bid Packages. Bid Package 01 project documents will be issued week of April 14th. Bid Package 01 consists of the following: 02A - Selective Demolition, Complete 03A - Cast in Place Concrete, Complete 03B - Precast Architectural Wall Panels, Complete 31A - Earthwork, Complete 32A - Site Concrete, Complete 32B - Curb and Gutter, Complete 33A - Site Utilities, Complete Construction is anticipated to start June or July 2025. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 at 4:00 PM CT
