Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All tools, labor and materials necessary to complete the work required for16TH STREET ASPHALT OVERLAY as per the Plans and Specifications prepared by the Engineering Department and on file with the City Clerk. ESTIMATE OFQUANTITIES 2800 Tons of Asphalt. The work is generally described as asphalt, mill and overlay on 16th Street from Nye Street to Lincoln Avenue. AND, other associated work including curb ramps, rebuild manholes and inlets, adjust valves and implementing erosion control. All work shall conform to the City of Fremont's Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction,latest edition. The contractor shall commence work as soon as practical after execution of the contract. Once the work is started, the contractor shall remain onsite until all work is completed. ALL WORK shall be completed BY September 30, 2025. After September 30, 2025, liquidated damages will be assessed at Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per calendar day.
