The Grand Haven Board of Light & Power, through Progressive Companies, the Architect, is soliciting bids for a general contractor to be responsible for all trades and coordination for all required work between trades as indicated in Grand Haven Board of Light & Power Office Renovation Contract Documents. Work includes: Renovations to an existing conference room; converting existing office space into new office and copy space; new locker room, bathroom, and lounge; new pre engineered metal garage; updated warehouse lighting; and site improvements including grading, new paving, concrete work, and fencing. Bids must contain signed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the Bidder and the Grand Haven Board of Light & Power or any of their employees. Successful bidders are required to furnish 100% labor and material bond and 100% performance bond. The Grand Haven Board of Light & Power reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in their best interest and may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice.
