Reference Number 0000291058 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/14 02:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2025/05/21 02:00:00 PM EDT The Scope of Work described herein includes competent supervision and the supply of all labour, materials, supplies, products, tools, machinery, equipment, consumables, protective equipment and all other services and items necessary to carry out and conduct the same and ensure that it is fit for the purpose for which it is intended. Complete the scope of work for the following sections of work inclusive of any requirement or scope indicated on drawings, specifications or other documents included with or referenced herein. General Liability Insurance covering off-site activities connected to the project with minimum limits of $5,000,000.00 per occurrence and in the annual aggregate with respect to products and completed operations. Liability coverage shall be provided for completed operations hazards from the date of Substantial Performance, as set out in the certificate of Substantial Performance, on an ongoing basis for a period of 15 years following Substantial Performance.
