Renovation of a fire / police facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
All labour, equipment and materials to perform the roof replacement project CF000570, at Fire Station 71, located at 1246 Colonial Road, Ottawa ON The successful Bidder shall achieve Completion of the Work no later than 15 August 2025. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. The electronic bid bond must meet the requirements set out in (b) below Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/04/30 12:00:00 AM EDT Award is subject to final approval
