Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services" during the prequalification process having an MSA agreement beginning with (48400-410-0000034480) are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ). Through this ITB/RFQ the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "the State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT") is seeking bids for Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services. All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-0000034480, all respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the RFQC 48400-410-0000033480, subsequent awarded contract, and the Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ) Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully.
