The Service Provider shall plan, design and construct all work in conformance with Ministry of Transportation standards, criteria and requirements any area directives or specifications, and the Technical Standards and Specifications (Appendix 2). As well, when providing services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, industry best management practices, and other guidelines and procedures relevant to conduct the work. The Service Provider shall also consult any existing applicable MTO guidance documents as appropriate. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, documents with the most recent dates shall prevail. This assignment includes work that is in a French Language Services designated area. The Service Provider must comply with all provisions of the French Language Services Act, including but not limited to Third Party Regulation 284/11. This Assignment includes: Vertical Aerial Photography Photogrammetric Survey Data Collection Digital Orthomosaiking Project No. 2025-1713: Hwy 19: Mount Elgin Rd. to Hwy 401 (10km) Project No. 2025-1714: Hwy 23:53 Line to Perth Line 72 (11km) Project No. 2025-1715: Hwy 23: Line 87 to 90 Line (8km) The Ministry retains the exclusive right to add "Extra Work" to this RFQ assignment. All provisions of this RFQ shall apply to the "Extra Work". Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
