A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The intent of this solicitation is to select a bidder to provide for the complete Turn-key renovation of Soccer Field #1 located at 4100 Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, Florida 34744. Question End Date 5/5/2025 2:00 PM EST 25% participation goal for LSBE and MWBE contractors and subcontractors. Field Renovation Services: The CONTRACTOR shall provide the following services: (a) The CONTRACTOR shall handle and coordinate all mobilization. (b) The CONTRACTOR shall mill the designated area with a mechanical harvest device (such as a field top maker) approximately 1 inch in depth (approximately 98,000 square feet); (c) The CONTRACTOR will remove milled work to a location designated by COUNTY and spread out. (d) The CONTRACTOR will rototill existing soil at least 6 inches in depth; (e) The CONTRACTOR will perform rough laser grade with tractor-mounted auto leveling equipment (approximately 98,000 square feet); (f) The CONTRACTOR will finish laser level with tractor mounted auto leveling equipment (approximately 98,000 square feet); (g) The CONTRACTOR shall furnish and install Big Roll Certified Weed Free 419 Tifway Bermuda while removing the back netting during installation (approximately 98,000 square feet); (h) The CONTRACTOR will trim and roll said sod with a three (3) ton roller (approximately 98,000 square feet) The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the safe removal, hauling and appropriate disposal of existing material removed as a result of this project. Before any removal is to take place, the CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with the assigned County representative to ensure this activity does not interfere with any other events or projects in progress at the facility as applicable.
