**As of June 6, 2025, the project was awarded to RL Larson Excavating, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,071,618.07.** The Project generally consists of new watermain, sanitary sewer, bituminous pavement, and mass site grading associated with a residential subdivision development. Bids will not be allowed to be submitted without proper acknowledgement of any and all addenda. Each electronic bid shall be accompanied by a bidder s security in a sum equal to five (5) percent of the full amount of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
